current hire charges.

Typical hiring hours are 7pm-11pm, however,
under new licensing, an extension until
midnight is available. Please see below.

A £100 refundable deposit is required for all
bookings (subject to no damage). Please
confirm the deposit balance when booking.

Checking a date
To check a date for a booking, please telephone the Club Secretary during office
hours on (01473) 400155 or the Bar Steward
on (01473) 400154.

now to secure it!
Booking could not be easier. Simply contact
the Secretary on (01473) 400155 who will
place an available date on hold for seven
days. The Secretary will explain the booking
process and will provide you with a
contract of hire once complete.

This forms your contract of hire
between yourself and the Manor Club
& Ballroom Social Club Ltd. This
contract is binding and must be
adhered to at all times.
